Velednikovo house
Contemporary French style wooden house flipping

Project Brief
Tasked with transforming a nearly new family home into a warm, inviting space using existing decor and minimal budget. The home featured a grand living room with six-meter ceilings and two bedroom wings, designed for a family with two children. The challenge was to address the disproportionate scale, where the high ceilings made furniture appear small. The space included a mix of new designer pieces and Italian vintage furniture.

Design Concept and Client Experience
Inspired by the exterior, a fence of slender wooden panels was commissioned, and this motif was brought indoors through a stylized waterfall installation in the entry corridor, symbolizing the River of Lethe—a metaphor for leaving daily worries behind upon entering the home.
By skillfully blending classic and contemporary furniture with modern designer accents, the interior achieved a sophisticated French chic aesthetic that balanced scale and comfort.

Marketing Outcomes
- Successfully repositioned the home’s interior to appeal to affluent families seeking a blend of elegance and comfort, enhancing its market value and desirability.

- Strengthened brand positioning as a creative problem-solver capable of delivering tailored, high-end interior solutions that resonate emotionally with clients.
- Generated increased client engagement and inquiries by showcasing the project’s unique narrative and design approach across digital marketing channels.
