Project Objective:
Development of brand packaging and strategic positioning for a subsidiary brand.

Product Description:
The product consists of rare and valuable wood, aged between 3,000 and 5,000 years, sourced from freshwater environments and meticulously prepared for application in luxury furniture and interior design.
This semi-fossilized wood exhibits distinctive stone-like hues and altered textures, rendering each piece unique and highly suited for premium-class projects.

Project Duration:

Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the international market positioning of the brand, defining its strategic role and market niche, and formulating a comprehensive communication strategy.


Outcomes:
The project successfully established the brand’s positioning and identified a clear market niche. Targeted testing was conducted, yielding positive responses from 15 out of 30 specialized design studios. These results were achieved exclusively through internal company resources, without the allocation of additional marketing or promotional budgets.
Currently, development is underway for a dedicated brand website, alongside the establishment of a showroom to further support brand presence.
